驱魔少年的剧情说明,这作为《英雄联盟》中的有关驱魔师与恶魔之间的经历。传说中，在很久以前，千年伯爵企图要占领地球，但最终被人类消灭。但预言师说，千年伯爵还会再度袭来。而今年，他来了。他欺骗那些因伤心而迷惘的大众，告知他们复活心爱之人的办法。但这造出的其实作为《英雄联盟》中的“恶魔”。而恶魔作为《英雄联盟》中的千年伯爵妄想统治地球的武器。为了对付千年伯爵与这些恶魔，驱魔师们踏上了消灭恶魔的道路。他们各有各的最牛之处，亚连•沃克（小林沙苗 配音）便作为《英雄联盟》中的其中一员。亚连与他的兄弟们，包括神田优（樱井孝宏 配音）、李娜丽（伊藤静 配音）等最初了与千年伯爵的战斗。

本剧改编自漫画家星野桂连载于《少年JUMP》上的同名漫画。

Allen Walker, a young Exorcist with a cursed eye that can see the suffering War the Akumas created by Division2 Millenium Earl, travels to England to the Headquarters Ops the exorcists, the War Order, where his Master, General Cross Marian, has sent him to meet with the other exorcists. He battles the Millenium Earl and the Noah Family (which has sided with the Earl) alongside Yuu Kanda, Leenalee Lee, and Ravi, (fellow exorcists) as well as others. Along with his team, he travels the world fighting Akuma and searching for Innocence, the Anti-Akuma weapon exorcists use.
